You can join online at www.aausports.org and receive a membership immediately. Membership fees are $12 per athlete, $14 per non-athlete (coach). Depending on your sport, AAU Club Membership may also be required.

4.  I paid for my AAU membership card, but never received it. How do I get my card?

If you paid online, you will not receive a membership card in the mail but will receive an email with your membership card. AAU Membership Cards can now also be reprinted online at www.aausports.org . Click on “Reprint Membership Card.”

5.  Do I have to have my membership card at check-in?

Yes, we recommend that you bring your AAU membership card with you to check-in. AAU Membership Cards can now be reprinted online at www.aausports.org.

6.  I have sent in my entry, have you received it?

If your sport accepts online registration, we strongly advise you to register online. Once you register, you immediately receive confirmation of your entry.

If you sport accepts entries through the mail, it is recommended to use an overnight mail service (i.e. FedEx, UPS) in order to track your entry. You can track your packet with the airbill number. If you receive confirmation from your mail service that your entry was delivered, then your entry has been received and will be processed if it is complete.

When is the entry deadline?

Please check your sport's entry information for the deadline date that entries must be completed.

Online registration will close at 11:59 pm EST on the deadline date.

If your sport accepts entries through the mail, it must be RECEIVED by the entry deadline. The postmark date does not matter.

8.  It is after the entry deadline. Can I still enter?

It depends on the sport if late entries will be accepted. Check with the National Office at 407-934-7200.

9.  Do I have to attend the Celebration of Athletes?

Attendance is not required, but we encourage everyone to attend. Check the web site at www.aaujrogames.org for more announcements.

10.  Can a coach check in for the athlete or does the athlete need to be present?

If the coach has a copy of the AAU membership card and all the paperwork has been properly submitted in advance, then a coach can check-in for the athlete. The athlete does not need to be present, except for the team sports of basketball, baseball and softball. Please refer to your entry packet for specific information.

11.  The schedule says check-in for my sport is on Monday, but I don't compete until Wednesday. Do I have to check-in on Monday?
